All sales by Headstrong Nutrition Inc. ("the Company") are expressly conditioned upon the terms and conditions set forth below. Any additional or different terms or conditions set forth in the purchase order of purchaser or in any similar communication are hereby objected to by the Company and shall not be binding nor effective unless assented to in writing by an authorized representative of the Company. By placing an order, you ("the Purchaser") understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Headstrong Nutrition Inc strives to ensure that headSTRONG achieves the highest quality and purity. The ingredients in headSTRONG are clinically indicated to relieve symptoms of OCD. But please keep in mind that individual results will vary. No product, including headSTRONG, will work for every person.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE EFFECTS AND PURPOSE OF headSTRONG:

Policy for Returns, Refunds, and Replacement Orders:

headSTRONG comes with a 30-day, 110% money-back guarantee. Within 30 days of purchase the product may be returned for a 100% refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling), plus an additional 10% gift on the first bottle.

Shipping charges for returned orders will not be refunded.

When only part of a multi-bottle order is returned, customer will be charged the full price for the bottle(s) not returned and issued a refund for the remaining balance.

Orders not delivered due to our error or lost in transit will be re-shipped at no additional charge.

Orders not delivered due to customer error will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Return and Refund Instructions:

Please include your name, e-mail address, order number (if available), the last four digits of your credit card number, a copy of your paper invoice or a printed copy of your e-mail receipt, and the reason for return.

Because returns may occasionally be lost in transit, we recommend (but do not require) using a reliable delivery service (e.g. UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or Express Mail) that offers tracking or delivery confirmation. Headstrong Nutrition Inc will issue a refund to your credit card within three business days of receiving your return.

Price and Terms:

Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be invoiced at the Company's prices in effect on the date of placing the order, which the Purchaser agrees to pay. Prices do not include any applicable sales or similar taxes, and any expedited shipping charges.

Delivery:

Title to and risk of loss of all goods sold hereunder shall pass to the Purchaser upon their delivery. If upon receipt of the goods by the Purchaser the same shall appear not to conform to the purchase order, purchaser shall within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt thereof notify the Company of such condition.

Warranties, Disclaimers

THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD TO THE PRODUCT. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the acceptance of contract terms contained elsewhere in this site.

The Company's sole liability and the exclusive remedy shall be, at The Company's option, the replacement of the Product purchased on this site or refund of the purchase price. The Company makes no additional representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Product and/or its use.

The Purchaser assumes the responsibility for the selection of the product as being adequate for and appropriate for purchaser's purposes. IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Applicable Law; Not For Resale:

The Purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States. The Purchaser agrees and represents that it is buying for its own internal use only, and not for resale.

Acceptance:

By ordering any product from Headstrong Nutrition Inc whether by clicking through over the internet, telephone, facsimile or otherwise, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Governing Law:

All disputes will be governed under the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
